That's right. Windows 99 is not a legend, it is actual. It was a legend for years. I'll describe. Microsoft made some changes on windows 98 and thought about making a Windows 99 but then they tought that the changes weren't enough to generate a brand spanking new OS, so, they renamed it to Windows 98 SE. But, there is a version of it available all over the net.
